A lovely property and great location for accessing everything in Wells by foot. Unfortunately, when we arrived the heating wasn’t working and we did not have heat for the full duration of our stay (3 days). The company that manages the house was very responsive and sent someone immediately. It seemed like a problem that had been brewing for a while. They did offer to find another rental for us but we instead opted for space heaters. It was manageable but not ideal when we were there to celebrate our mums 80th birthday.
