"I've stayed in many hotels, motels etc in north america and around the UK and Europe and this was by far the easiest check in I've ever had. I choose the place due to its location in wellington and short drive to sandbanks. But I was really sold when I showed up and found a spacious, clean and comfy room. I will certainly be back!"

"We stayed for 2 nights at the end of July. When we arrived the owner came out to greet us and gave us a map and lots of helpful suggestions of places to visit in the area. The room was very thoughtfully designed and constructed; it was beautiful with lots of unique and really cool touches. I loved the half barrel sink (hope to recreate that in my own home one day!). The room has a wine fridge as well. In the hallway with the suites, there is a Keurig machine for coffee and a water cooler. In the morning they put out breakfast pastries and fruit. There are also extra towels here if you need to replace yours. The grounds are well maintained and you have access to a fire pit and hot tub if you are so inclined. The fountain and statues are perfect for taking photos. My only complaint about the property is that there is no shade. A few umbrellas would definitely help and maybe start planting some trees to eventually provide extra shade. It was very hot when we were there and unfortunately couldn't really sit outside during the day because there were no shaded areas. All in all, a beautiful and unique place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone and could stay there again. "

"We had a wonderful week at this lovely cottage on Lake Consecon in Prince Edward County. There were six adults in our group, and the space was clean, comfortable, and cozy — just right for a relaxing getaway. The cottage had all the amenities we needed, and the location was peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything PEC has to offer.The sunsets over the lake were absolutely gorgeous, and we had such a great time sitting around the fire in the evenings. We also spent many hours playing cards and relaxing on the deck — it was the perfect setting to unwind. The owner was super responsive and friendly, which made everything easy and stress-free. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a restful, scenic retreat, and we’d love to come back!"

"Beautiful site, comfortable cottage, amazing host.This cottage contains everything you need during your stay. It’s a very quiet area. Close to all the wineries and the millenium trails. The pizza and wine tasting at the bistro is excellent and its walking distance from the cottage.Thank you John and Kerry for your hospitality."

"The cottage was cute and small but more than enough room for my too adult children and I as well as our dog. Loved being on the water, bonfires lakeside each night. We each had our own room, plus the kitchen dining and living area, all cute. We were lucky it wasn't too humid however fans were provided in each room, all amenities made it easy to pack. The only thing my kids may wish is that the door frames were a bit higher but as they are on the tall side I am sure this wouldn't affect most people. Another plus was the pool in addition to being on the lake, we loved our stay and the friendly staff"
