"We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed."

"We decided to take a trip to Cape Cod before baby number 2 makes his arrival, and this was the perfect property for our family. We have a 2 year old daughter so the private beach was the perfect place for her to run around and splash in the waves. When she went to bed, my fiancé and I were able to enjoy some quality time watching the waves or playing a game of pool in the game room. I would definitely recommend this property and host!"

"Cleanest rental I’ve ever seen! Inside was updated and very comfortable. Was me, my husband, and adult daughter. Our king bed was very comfortable. Pullout coach would benefit from a little extra padding but otherwise it was perfect. Checkin was easy and on-site manager very helpful. Communication very prompt and responsive. Definitely an A+!"

"We did not agree with or understand the negative reviews of this house. It is in a very nice neighborhood right off of Rt. 28, and is within walking distance of shopping and several nice restaurants and attractions. It is also within walking distance of Seagull Beach, which may be the most beautiful beach on Cape Cod. "We enjoyed our stay in this charming historic feeling home. Everything was very clean, there were adequate kitchen supplies, the owner was v responsive, and the location was super convenient to exploring north of Orleans and the Outer Cape and Chatham and the mid Cape. The dining room has a painted floor that is just marvelous! Owners provided towels and nice linens (we loved the pretty quilts!) which is really helpful when you are a family group. NB there is no laundry on site so if you cycle...

"Stayed just before Memorial weekend. Although we arrived in the rain, & the fog and chill didn't lift until we left on our 4th day, the apt felt light & airy. (Some written instructions re heat & AC would have been welcome.) Would have loved to use the 2 decks more than we did, but the air circulation with the deck doors open was perfect. Beds comfortable, tho what seemed to be the "main" bedroom had the smaller bed in it & the Q bed was squeezed into the smaller bedroom. Nice appointments,...

"I know that you can't control the mosquitos but they were so bad. Had none last year when we stayed and could not sit outside this year nor could we walk to the beach. Will say that clean up of the fruit that falls would be helpful as the bees were also terrible. We spent a few hours raking and that helped. Also the bathroom in the little house is filthy and moldy. Love the setting though, even with the bugs! Thanks you"
