"This home was everything advertised and more; plenty of space for all 3 families, extras in the kitchen and throughoit not typically included but greatly appreciated, and an excellent location. We were all over the area, from Lincoln/North Woodstock to Waterville Valley, Plymouth and even the North Conway area, and this was a perfect home base. Yakov was always responsive the limited times I had questions...we will definitely be back, excellent experience. "

"Really loved this house and its proximity to winter activities (approx 30 mins from ice castles and 15 mins snow tubing). The house its self was spacious and clean. Lots of space for larger groups or bigger families traveling together. Very nice rustic feeling log cabin. Host was very responsive to messages also. Only reason for 4 stars was the basement door didn’t close properly and we were traveling with small children, so we had to block off door so it couldn’t be pushed open. So there was a little misunderstanding at check out in regards to this situation, but host was understanding and reasonable and sounds like he was going to have the door repaired. Also not a huge issue, but the driveway is a steep hill so if you have a car and are staying in the winter time it may be difficult to get up the driveway. But overall like I said; a great house, responsive host and great location!! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again! "

"This was a perfect location to stay for a wedding we were attending. It did take a little while to warm the place up when we arrived but once it did, it was very cozy. Condo was well stocked with what was needed for our stay. Host communication was great - very responsive to any questions. He gave us a great recommendation for a breakfast place. "

"Pictures don’t do this home justice! Check-in was easy and the home owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The home and beds were comfortable/clean and the artwork was fascinating!"

"One of the main reasons we booked this house was because it claimed to have a hot tub and fireplace. The details of the house do say that the hot tub is at the rec center, but they neglected to say that the rec center required a pass. Once we were a few days away from arriving I received an email with the additional details. The house came with two passes, but we would have to pay 10 each for the rest of our party. Needless to say we didn't use the rec center. We attempted to use the fireplace, which was gas. The instructions were in a binder on the mantle. There were so many steps to turn it on, we eventually got the pilot on, but the flame would not come on. We called Vacasa customer service, and they said they would send someone the next morning. I got a phone call around 1pm the next day from someone asking if I wanted them to drop by and look at the fireplace. I couldn't answer because I was skiing and had no service. Of course, I wanted them to fix the fireplace! The house also had outdated furniture/fixtures, and uncomfortable beds. When we arrived the stairs/porch were not shoveled and the entryway had no lights on. "
