"We enjoyed a beautiful Fall weekend in this cozy log cabin! We had 10 people and the house was very comfortable for all of us to sleep with plenty of bedrooms and beds. It was nice to have two full bathrooms conveniently located one on each floor. The living room has a big couch with plenty of seating and the fireplace was so warm and cozy! The dinning room table was great for eating and playing games. They had some games and toys provided so that was great! The kitchen is spacious and plenty of room for us to store our food and cook. We made a big breakfast, dinner and dessert! They have plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. Even had a baking dish for our apple crisp! Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful! Going out on the deck and balcony in the morning was so nice to just enjoy the nature sounds and view! The host was very responsive and accommodating with any questions we had. One of our kids left their special bear in one of the bedrooms - we realized when we got home and the host was very helpful to us in locating the bear and coordinating getting it mailed back to us. We were very grateful for that. It was so nice to have the cabin to come back to after a day of site seeing! We were very comfortable and are already thinking of renting the cabin again in the winter. "

"Pictures do not clearly represent property. Very run down outside. Steep stairs everywhere so difficult to navigate. Only 1 full bath in basement. Some beds without pillows. "

"We went to see the ice castles. It was 20 min away and also close to Waterville valley for tubbing. We have young kids who can’t use a lift so the walk up tubing was key for us. The house is 3 levels which worked out fine for us. The home was clean and well kept. We had a great long weekend stay. We would rent again. "

"Property is very simple. Everything is somewhat dated and run down but functional and clean. We got 10" of snow one day of our trip which closed down the community center and pool for the day which was a bummer but not a surprise. Make sure you have working 4wd for the driveway"
