Great location and the Waterville Estates was perfect to keep our kids entertained. They LOVED the yard and fire pit, perfect for making smoked. Would love to come back here again! "A wondeful surprise! We knew it was rustic but i felt like we were living in a tree house. The house was wonderful for my sister's family and myself. My nephew i and i had the lower level for ourselves while his parents had the top floor. The Community Center has indoor lap pool, regular pool and hot tube. Outside, sitting and lounging areas around the large pool and smaller adult only pool. Perfect jumping off point for Mt. Washington Cog Railway and Weir Beach. Would recommend Cannon Mt. tramway and the rim hike to the observation tower. For food, so many places like Dandelion Eatery to the little R3d Schoolhouse."

"House is dated but is in decent shape. you can tell they have done works to the house but is shotty work. The management company is not helpful at all as there was trash all over the back yard and no propane in the tank for the grill. We contacted them within a half hour of getting to the cabin and the trash was still there and no propane four days later. Only plus side to the cabin was we got to bring our dog."

"Perfect for our stay with 9 people! Plenty of space for family games around the table or to lounge around the tv on the super comfy couch. Kids loved the loft space & we were so thankful our four legged bestie was able to join our trip too. Location was perfect for skiing (we went to Loon and Waterville Valley) & the ice castles. If we plan another trip, we’d definitely stay here again! "
