Escape to the White Mountains in the Waterville Estates!
~15 minutes to Waterville Valley, ~25 minutes to Loon Mountain, ~30 minutes to Cannon Mountain
During your stay you are welcome to use our 4 guest passes, gaining you access to the Waterville Estates Recreation Center. The recreation center boasts amenities for all ages and abilities. Campton Mountain Ski Area is a sweet little mountain located in the estates, dependent on natural snowfall.
