Our room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower was clean and hot. There was conditioner, which not many hotels in this category offer. The hot tub was a little too hot, but better too hot than too cold. Breakfast was adequate. There wasn't decaf in the carafes but there were pods in our room so that was fine. I understand not many want decaf. Restaurant recommendations from the staff were spot on. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was so humid that the sheets were wet when we arrived. We had to run the heat at 75 degrees in late July to dry out the room. Other than that the stay was fine. Friendly staff, clean, but a poor night’s sleep drove me to give this a low rating.

This hotel was clean and accommodating. It is simple and not extravagant, but had all the amenities we wanted. Conveniently located near shopping, skiing, and route 93. We had a very good stay.

Very clean room and property. We traveled with our dog and they were very accommodating and friendly towards dogs- even gave out a bag dispenser at check-in. The pool and hot tub felt great and were clean. The hot tub jets didn't work for a bit but were promptly fixed when notified. We appreciated the respectful environment where noise was kept at a decent level- especially with a parking lot full of bikers for bike week! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only hiccup was our shower shampoo bottle was nearly empty before we realized we needed it. However, they did replenish once notified.

I enjoyed the staff at the reception desk. They were very friendly and personable. The pool room was very spacious as well. I just felt the water should have been a little warmer. The rooms were very clean.

I booked this property through Expedia two weeks ago. Upon arrival, the staff member on duty was extremely rude while speaking on the phone, and afterward made mocking remarks about another guest—saying, “I’ve checked them in so their card is getting charged,” then laughed. Shortly after, I realized there was an error between Expedia’s time frames and the hotel’s booking system: my reservation had been processed for the wrong night (the previous night instead of the intended date). When I tried to resolve the issue, the hotel staff told me it was my problem, insisted the booking was non-refundable, and told me to take it up with Expedia. When I contacted Expedia they told me they could not do anything because I was also checked in and check-in was not for 11 days. Between the unprofessional behavior and refusal to assist with a genuine booking error, this experience felt dishonest and dismissive. Buyer beware.

Great place to stay and convenient!

The stay was great! This was my 2nd time staying here. Perfect place if you are staying with children. The inside pool is definitely a plus in the cooler months. Clean and mostly quiet, except for our last night

Refurbished older hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Overpriced for the accommodations, but great location. Breakfast was packaged and served in a very small area with minimal area to sit and eat.
