Good stay in clean basic room. No windows in lounge was a bit odd, but had all facilities and clean and comfortable. Walls a little thin so could hear those around you but ok. Didn’t interact with staff at all but plenty there if needed. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, etc & close to skiing

Our one bedroom condo was beautifully furnished with 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and an electric fireplace. Big jacuzzi tub in the huge bedroom. Very comfortable king bed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The only downside is the timeshare salesmen trying to get you to do the 2 hour sales pitch. We didn’t do it. Parking was good for us but high season could be an issue.

Beautiful mountain view with access to local skiing, nature trails, dining, pubs, and other local activities. The room/condo had a pleasant cozy environment. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, jacuzzi tub in bedroom, fireplace living room and 2 atrium doors that lead to a cozy porch overlooking the pool and mountains!

So many places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner within waking distance for most, the room was a large updated clean suite with 2 bathrooms and rain showers and huge bathtub in the master bedroom. They offer fresh coffee every morning. The pool is warm and the jacuzzi is huge! We’ll definitely be coming back next summer!

I got the 1 bedroom room, advertised with a full kitchen (oven included), a walk in shower and beautiful tub. I have stayed here before and got an incredible room with 2 walk in showers, a bath in the bedroom, and a full kitchen. This time i did not get that. We thought we would be getting an oven but to our surprise we did not. It was nothing close to what was advertised. We got a kitchen with no oven, a bathtub/shower combo, a jacuzzi tub, and a tiny corner shower we could barely fit into. I booked this hotel again simply because I loved our last room but this was nothing close to it. We were at the very end of the hotel and the sound of the dumpster truck woke me up Everytime. We tried to tell the front desk that our room was not correct and they said “sometimes the rooms are different than advertised but there’s nothing they can do” which didn’t sit well with me. I will always recommend this hotel because the area is great, the staff is nice and the rooms are also, but I was not impressed this time. Don’t advertise something you can’t give!! I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew it was different, given the fact we brought a bunch of oven foods. Other than that, I love this hotel.

Nice property, middle of a beautiful town surrounded by mountains. The one bedroom apartment has all the amenities, living, bedroom, kitchen with dining, 2 full bathrooms, only missing was a balcony, some apartments do have, but ours didn’t. Make sure to choose the one with balcony if you would like. One other thing missing was the indoor pool, it was closed when we were there.
