"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, Kim had a rude and unwelcoming way of explaining the check-in process, which immediately set a negative tone. Once we got to the room, I noticed right away that it was in need of significant renovation. The space felt very outdated and did not match the vibrant appearance shown in the online photos. There were also no washcloths provided. When I called the front desk, the wait time was so long that I ended up going to get them myself something that should have already been included with the towels.I also requested room cleaning during my three day stay, but the service was never provided. On top of that, I ordered three burgers from the kitchen but only received two. When I brought it up, the cashier said she had put in the correct order, but the cook responded, “We are trying to go home,” making it seem like my order didn’t matter at all.Overall, this experience was frustrating and far below expectations. Between the lack of service, poor communication, and misleading presentation online, I would not recommend staying here. The hotel really needs to do better as a whole. "

"We personally were not impressed the shops and restaurants on site were outrageously priced!!! Our visit to their general store where we purchased 2 single ice cream sandwiches and one cupcake and a water cost a little over $23. We went to the sports bar and grill after looking up the restaurant menu on line The sports bar and grill website where we viewed the menu was exactly what we were looking for and had many options to please everyone. When we got to the restaurant on site (which the restaurant at the resort location was listed on their main web site). The menu had very limited options. They had one burger option 2 appetizers etc. the resort itself was nothing in comparison to their advertisement listing. The water park was small and you had to pay an admission fee to enter. The pool advertised as the adult only pool and bar had about 12 kids that album 4 were under the age of 12 and they were in the hot tub for most of the time. Don’t get me wrong I love kids and especially me grand kids but this time was about my husband and I. We also requested a wake up call as we had a departing flight at 7 am. They never called. We did have our phone alarm but the resort WiFi was unpredictable. We were very excited to stay as we have a family vacation coming up and very to have found a new and exciting fun place to stay. Sorry folks we give this resort 2 thumbs down "

"Unfortunately, our stay had several issues. The biggest concern was the bathroom — it was very old and there were cockroaches, which was really unacceptable. On top of that, the cleaning was not done properly. I noticed hairs on the bathroom walls, which made it feel unhygienic. the clothing closet felt unusual, almost like it was built around an electrical unit, which was a bit odd. Another major inconvenience was the parking. The garage door system was frustrating because the room keys didn’t work. We later found out that you have to call the hotel each time to get in or out. The reception experience was also disappointing. They didn’t assist us until they saw an ID from the person who booked the room, which made things unnecessarily complicated. And at the middle of the night something fell off while we were sleeping "
