"Our room was a high floor corner king and was small but for Times Square rooms it was nice. Window opened for fresh air . Our room had a double door for security and was super quiet. Parking was a breeze we pulled up and checked in the front desk handled the rest. Parking is 85$ per night but so worth it compared to parking down the street in a garage. Would highly recommend huge breakfast buffet included with stay."

"My friend and I stayed 6 nights on the 18th floor. Only two elevators are used for floors 1-18. One had been down before we checked in, and was still when we checked out this morning. So very long waits to go up and down. Housekeeping wouldn’t always give use clean washcloths (even though we got fresh hand and bath towels), so we had to call to get clean ones. There is a $45/night resort fee on top of the price you pay on Expedia. This allows you to get 10% of a few restaurants in the hotel. I came to Manhattan to tour the city sites and restaurants-not stay and eat in theirs. So not happy that this isn’t made clear when booking your reservation!"
