Bathroom not really clean.”, found long hairs all around that were not mine Service was okay but a little snarky Only 2 towels and 2 facecloths for 2 people for 2 days, no extra supplies No glasses or any flatware. No ice bucket or ice trays in the freezer "

"The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived from New Haven the evening before for a 6am flight the next morning. If I hadn't prepaid for the room I would not have stayed. It is very tattered and desperately in need of a freshening up. The toilet splashed water all over the floor when flushing. The sink was slow draining as well. I did not shower because I was too grossed out. Right after going to sleep I was startled awake by a pounding on my door. A man yelling for me to open up or he would go and get a room key from the front desk. It turned out to be a policeman at the wrong room. Very concerning!!! Once I finally went back to sleep There was all night partying in several rooms. People yelling, Doors Slamming All night. I finally got up and left the hotel around 3:30 and went to the airport. I was on the 1st floor and the door to get in with a key was left propped open all night. When I left the all night party was still in full swing. I paid $128 for this room and learned my lesson the hard way. The ONLY plus of this hotel is it is very close to the airport. There are many other hotels nearby so pay a little more. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. "

"The room disgusting cracked mirror ,television don’t work nor phone I was told that is all they had available the room was filthy I complained to the front desk I had 84 year mother sat up all night scared go to sleep what shame and disgrace whom ever was above our room made loud banging noise"

"Not a good place to stay, room was dirty. Changed rooms and lights did not work, toilet seat was falling off and the wrong one for the toilet, the whole place smelt of weed, no toiletries and free breakfast was nasty and a joke. Don’t recommend this place at all!"

"Very nice and clean hotel BUT as many many hotels, big noise problems because of people that walk and yell really loud and do not know how to behave surrounded by other living beings."

"Room was clean Staff was EXCEPTIONAL ! Check in and check out went smoothly Breakfast was prompt and pleasant Remodeling going on at the hotel and surrounding buildings so there was a lot of construction vehicles and dumpsters and noise"

The resort is amazing for families, super clean, friendly staff, amazing pools for kids and adults, great housekeeping, and beautiful beach. I cant say enough about Singer Island and the surrounding area. We look forward to returning every year. You will not regret staying here and will fall in love with W Palm Beach."
