The receptionist at the front desk upon arrival was very friendly and helpful. She explained the location of our room, fitness area, breakfast room etc. Even though the building is obviously older, our room was very clean and comfortable. Also the room cleaning staff was very cheerful!

In town for a funeral a few towns away so I wasn't in a great state of mind. The room was clean, and the staff checked me in quickly. Plenty of parking. The decor was definitely in need of updating but it didn't detract from my stay.

It looks a little dated but I think its part of the charm! Its like stepping back in time compared to contemporary looking hotels. Staff was very helpful and attentive and the room I was in was nice and clean! Definitely worth a look!

In an excellent location in Farmington, this is a glorified motel. Nice looking furniture but flimsy. Nice lobby not matched by the rooms. Scant breakfast.

Our room was so musty that all my clothes smelled. We went to a wedding and my dress and my husbands suit stunk!! Couldn't use a dry cleaning service either. The carpet needs to come out. The room and decor are tired!! This really affected our stay in a negative way. Amenities were average and we paid above average prices for our stay! Beautiful historical building but, really needs to be updated and cleaned of all things old and musty!
