"We stayed in a Fallsview presidential suite and it was absolutely worth it. The panoramic view of Niagara Falls from the window is breathtaking, day or night, it feels like having a private front-row seat to one of the world’s great wonders. The room itself was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with seating perfectly placed to relax and enjoy the scenery, including a massaging chair. Waking up to the roar and mist of the Falls was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Niagara and want something truly memorable."

"The Blue Moon exceeded our expectations. Room 23. It is motel style with 2 levels of rooms with outside entrances. The room was slightly smaller than most hotel rooms. It was spotless! 2 queen beds. They wash all bedding, including the top spreads after each guest. Room included a large refrigerator, hot plate, full size coffee pot with coffee, full stock of dinnerware and glasses. There were 2 chairs and a small table outside on the balcony. The landscaping was beautiful! There is a large heated pool with plenty of seating around it, including 2 lounge swings with comfy cushions. There is patio seating with grills and picnic tables avaliable. All outdoor areas also well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed this place and will be back."

"I travel a fair bit and am not usually that picky, but this was by far the worst stay I've had. EVER. First, their system was down so they refused to check me in unless I paid cash, even though I'd already prepaid through Expedia and showed them my receipt and confirmation. They told me to cancel the reservation (which I had to contact Expedia support to do since it was past the cancellation period - and put in the request - which I did and was advised it would take up to 72 hours to process the cancellation) so I paid cash again assuming I would be reimbursed once the hotel would get access to the system again. We got to our room and the floors were dirty. The bathroom door did not have a latch nor would it close. The walls were unfinished and the baseboards were disgusting in the washroom. We also did not have any towels, face clothes, soap or anything. The office had closed by the time we'd checked in and noticed these things so there was nothing we could do until the next day. I went into the office to request towels and they gave me 2 little hand towels to use as bath towels and told me that larger towels would not be available until the next day (after I would have checked out). Once I left I received confirmation that the request to refund the money via Expedia had been denied by the hotel. I called 5-6 times requesting a refund and to speak to the manager but was never given a call back or received my refund. I paid double for the worst stay I've ever experienced."
