"Lovely hotel , reception staff welcoming and obliging , hotel very clean modern decor , beautiful smell on entering the hotel. Nice relaxing bar area and again staff welcoming and polite .All areas kept beautifully which is credit to the domestic staff who also polite and helpful . The room was a good size all necessary amenities provided . Comfortable beds . Water in bathroom lovely and hot for bath showers etc . The hotel is near the town plenty of shops eating places etc all within very short walking distance . "

"It's an excellent hotel for a family getaway. The staff were super friendly, the food was fantastic, the outdoor pool was heated, and the activities were great! Our only complaint was that the beds were a little uncomfortable. This was especially the case for the kids' sofa bed and temp bed. Our kids are 11 and 13, so they may be too old for these sorts of things. "

"The property was not properly cleaned and there was heavy smell of sigaret throughout our whole stay. We bought candles to try and minimize the smell. Even after asking several times for the wifi credentials, we never got it. Half way through the heat did not work. The manager however, sent someone right away to fix it. On our last night, 2 men came knocking on the door telling us that we need to check out because they were suppose to check in. We called the manager and he handled it well, so we could finish our stay. The manager was suppose to come by when we told him that the property was not clean, but we never saw him."

"Very pleasant stay in this impressive accommodation. I assume it is brand new. Everything was meticulous with a good quality feel to it. Access to the room was keyless and via a phone app which was a first for me, but after some explanation on site, all ran smoothly. The room and bathroom were beautiful with great attention to detail. I stayed in room 2 (there were 4 rooms). Coffee and tea making facilities, huge tv. A huge but welcome contrast from what I was expecting as the pub below does not look as luxury. Probably worth enquiring about parking as that was the only difficulty for me (finding nearby parking) "
