"I stayed a week at this spacious property. The property is a little tired however this is more than made up for by the host's quick, professional, friendly communications, and immediate assistance. I would recommend this property and the host. The property is also very well situated for local amenities and a short walk from: Eltham town and several parks, including Westerfold's Park where you can see wild Kangaroo's, Kookaburra's, and other Australian Wildlife. "Wasn’t very inviting walking into property, needs to be tidied up and garden maintained a bit better. The accommodation was fine but could do with a spruce up ,needs a paint or finish the painting on arches etc. some of curtains hanging off poles"

"We had a great stay. The cottage was well appointed, airy and comfortable. Location was close to the fast food restaurants that our teen boys loved! Dave was fantastic to deal with and very accomodating. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well. Would recommend to families. "
