"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable, mattress and pillows were so comfy, best sleep I've had in a hotel. Great location, close to Hordern Pavilion - we walked through Moore Park to get to our event, so convenient. Shower pressure was great, hot water. No complaints would stay again."

Communication with Tia was excellent, we had all the information we needed and check in/check out was really straightforward. We spent nearly an hour searching before calling for help; only then were we directed to the correct location.3.Although the property located in a good area, the furniture was very cheap, old and of low quality."
