Complaining gets you a visit from security questioning your opinions of services and pricing. 1st amendment is not honored in Hawaii. Florida is my destination point. Hawaii is the land of woke entitled mentality. Self centered attitudes that thinks they’re doing you a favor by proving service It’s called razy expensive for middle of the road quality food and sub-standard drinks. "The property is well located, and the staff is generally willing to help as much as they can. About a week before my stay, I received a message from the hotel informing me that they would be working on the balconies. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to rest, and with workers both outside and inside the balconies, there was no privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, so I couldn’t even enjoy the view."
