I choose neutral fair enough for the front desk review. I encountered a difficult lady at my first approached, but the 2nd time which is the time of my check-in I went to the other counter the other lady was nice and easy to deal.
For the price it was a good deal. The room was nice, I had microwave, little bit bigger fridge & coffee maker and lots of towels. The bad thing is they only gave me 1 roll of toilet paper for my 14 nights stay and the hardest thing is they don’t have a direct contact to the property manager. The front desk gave me their number but when I tried to call I was only end up of listening to the machine talking giving me an option to email and it is hard to catch up because it was talking fast. Other thing is I had to bring my own trash outside of the building. If you are going to stay this kind of thing you need to buy your own toilet paper, paper towel, trash bag, and if you stay longer like me you also have to buy your own coffee because they only gave 4 or 5 packs I drink coffee almost whole day so their supply were only 2 days for me because they don’t have service until you check out.
Overall, I am happy with my stay. For the price compare to the real deal I prefer to buy those basic needs because it’s just right next to the mall and there is also a store that cater all those needs at the ground floor .. and throw my trash away.
Neutral review for the property is because they are hard to get hold. They need a contact person that can assist.
