Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC/U.S. Capitol
Now I didn’t get my refund for 3 weeks since we left the hotel!!! When I called the hotel, only reservation number is available!! And I can’t get hold of billing department. Supposedly, I should get my refund within 10 days, without waistline my time to call.

Very nice and friendly staff. Good security setup. The room was very functional, comfortable and clean. The gym is a nice option. I appreciated that everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful.

They do not clean the rooms and when you ask they act like you’re crazy for asking. And phone in the room was not working place appears to be falling apart.
