"A wonderful experience and great location. "

"Hotel was clean tastefully decorated. Hotel rooftop bar had lot of options of drinks and drinks were delicious but was quite expensive, $22 a drink. Hotel gym was clean and wide variety of options for equipment. The offered cool eucalyptus towels for after workout which was a nice treat. The rooftop pool was unfortunately not open yet during my stay. My only complaint was the $35 urban fee per night. The fee included two cans of water and for half of the nights of our stay I had to go to the front desk to remind them that we didn’t get our water for the day. There was a small cafe that had coffee and prepackaged snacks in the lobby but it was super expensive so I didn’t get anything. It is open till 10pm. There is also a breakfast places in the lobby open 7-10am I did not try it due to an allergy but it looked nice. Staff was friendly and helpful my whole stay."

"The rooms were very clean. The hotel itself was very clean outside very clean. The staff did not make the hotel Feel inviting. They were not smiling welcoming. Good morning passing by them throughout the lobby. The amount charge for valet and they don’t open your doors when they bring the car either. . I was locked out of my room because the door failed. Why aren’t they checking these in between check-in’s to make sure that the batteries are good I felt like at that point my safety was compromised. Because now I had to let them work on my door while I was in my room then later on that night, someone was pounding on my door saying they were security. I did not open the door. I called the desk to confirm and they said that they had a complaint from my room mind you I was a solo traveler when I asked the desk why didn’t they just call the phone to confirm they had no explanation for it. They said they needed to do a welfare check well wouldn’t you do a welfare check if nobody answered the phone they said they would have the manager call me the manager never called me and that didn’t sit well with me. "

"Great condo. Clean. Neat. Safe. Great area. Easy check in check out. Everything we needed to prepare a meal. Internet was good. I had a working vacation and internet was crucial. Small desk and chair made it perfect for work. Nothing bad to say at all. Parking was easy but much too expensive but this was DC and sorta expected. "
