Situated very close to the city center. Bus and tram stop next to the building just few meters.
Apartment include private ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, sweet balcony, individually controlled AC, TV.
On the ground are 3 restaurants located, pub, vinery, and shop.
Next to building is a big park with aquapark opened in summer time.
