Very good hotel

Great stay close to the city center. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The breakfast in the hotel is too expensive (hot lunch for 2 just outside is almost the same price). They like selling you upgrades.

Leonardo Hotels are always good. Unfortunately my tv didn’t work and the hairdryer was broken. Still a very clean and comfortable stay.

Very clean and big rooms. Nice, hard bed (that’s my favorite). About twenty minutes to cultural palace for walking. Super good cleaning. Loved the big bath towels!

Rooms are large and well equipped- maybe a little dated but still comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient .The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The bar in the hotel was not very inviting and was the only facility we did not like. Located about 30 min walk from the old town but metro / buses nearby and Uber very cheap. Also bars cafes and restaurants in the nice neighborhood where the hotel is located. Made our stay in Warsaw very enjoyable

I was disappointed regarding the breakfast. I didn’t pay in advance and I asked the receptionist to add it during the check-in. The price at the hotel is almost 3x higher than online !!!!!!!!! It’s ridiculous ; never happened to me before. Cleaning staff very discreet and friendly. Very good location close to Old Town and public transportation available right next to the hotel

Located a bit off rel. to old town, in office/residential area. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in vicinity though so not too far off. Old town is a 30-40 minute walk away. Parts of hotel is being renovated. Was given a room on 18’th floor with constant drilling echoing through the walls. After some arguing with receptionist I was given another room in already renovated part of hotel so in the end we were good. Make sure your room is on 6’th floor or below if staying in the near future. Service acceptable in the normal polish rather uninterested way. Clean and comfortable rooms, good beds. But heating seems to be erratic. Not a problem for us but two other rooms in party had malfunctioning heating in a rather cool Warsaw. Nice bar (not so well stocked). Never tried restaurant, plenty of choices for food in surroundings. Both breakfast and dinner.

Did not reply to my emails in advance of arriving. Limited breakfast selection. At lot of noise at night and early morning. Basic furnishings in a suite - looked more like a university hall of residence. Unsafe bathroom - had a fall and hurt myself as the mat was not big enough and did not grip the floor. On the plus side, pretty clean and staff helpful. Would not stay again for the above reasons.

Hotel offers 2 Tweed bed at Satandard room very comfortable. Breakfast menu it’s excellent. Location it’s very good close to Fabryka Norblina -huge food court and Salsa Libre dance school.

Excellent stay!

Excellent all around! Upgraded to a superior room which is much nicer, with a modern design, spacious bath, and better furnishings. Fantastic front desk staff, easy access to transit, and wonderful bakeries next door. Priced a little higher than other hotels but well worth it. Highly recommend!
