"A very clean and inexpensive place to stay for a few days in Warsaw. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Free coffee available all day and especially during the winter, it was really appreciated.
The towels were not free, even though they were cheap at just under $1.30 USD to rent, Expedia shows towels as an available amenity."

"There was also a very poor management of the guests, which led to disorder. When I stayed there, there was an insane and unmoral guest. He watched videos loudly after 10pm. I warned him, but he was very rude and only said he would try it. When this was done amongst the guests, the manager was not present, which resulted in a lack of say. This was very unpleasant and led to anxiety.
Also, the hostel was openly groping a woman who was staying in the same room, which was very unpleasant and I felt...
