"A very pleasant setting in the woods. The tavern, restaurant and lounge with roaring fire were all great. I had a tent (glamping) with a very comfortable bed but it’s cold at night in the mountains in October. If you glamp you’d better have warm sleep wear and I recommend a watch cap as well. Bring shower shoes for the bath house."

"The view was incredible! The kitchen and rooms were well-appointed and thoughtfully laid out for travelers. When we had a mishap with an appliance, Jim was beyond responsive. He came to our aid with a short-term solution, then resolved the issue without disrupting our stay. We sat on the deck and watched the stars in the evenings after hiking in the Yosemite Valley all day and it was a lovely trip. If you like peace, quiet, and convenient access to the park with a view, I recommend this place!"

"The cabin has a lot of attention to detail and is just as advertised. It is conveniently located to access main road to Yosemite Valley and surrounding areas in the Park. The directions to the cabin were perfect and very detailed. Easy to access the owner with great communication. Very clean with well stocked kitchen for essential cooking utensils. Quiet serene property. Comfortable bed- loved the screened in porch. Would definitely stay there again:)"
