"The reception was very helpful and very nice, I made an error in booking and he was patient and helpful. I was able to still get a room and he organised a roll out bed. The apartment complex is older, has enough parking & an Indian restaurant on site. The room itself needs a revamp, many patches in walls and doors , older appliances, bed hard and basic equipment in the kitchen. The bathroom is fine with a large shower. Was in a good area for us with shopping close and many restaurants around."

"Good boutique art hotel. The standard King Room was really beautiful and comfortable. Comfy beds and pillows, nice rain shower. Probably more like a 4.5 star hotel than 5. We were celebrating our anniversary and hotel sent an email but didn’t follow through on crm. Staff very attentive and friendly but it lacked a little bit of that special vibe we have felt in other Melbourne hotels.
