"Everything is very nice and the Staff in the Lobby Lounge was very good Stella and Leo. The music provided by John and Jackie and how they really get the crowd involved was a highlight for me."

"It was disappointing all around I’ve stayed there a lot through the year and this time was not very good I won’t go back"

"All perfect. Always a good stay"

"Good location and good facilities "

"A very nice and new hotel in KS."

"Thermostats didn’t work. Room temperature reached to 28C. Front desk suggest to provide a fan - I was shocked to hear that. Upon refusing the fan option, changed my room. New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. Room size although they call it king size bad room was terrible. No sitting spot to sit and put your shoes on. Breakfast is below...

"The hotel itself was nice the location was great for where I was working, staff were friendly and helpful, I would stay here again if working in area"

"Great hotel, very clean, very helpful staff"

"This Holiday Inn actually adjoins the Hualuxe Hotel (both properties are owned by the IHG group). When you arrive, you check in at the Hualuxe reception area. A buffet breakfast is served on Level 1 of the Hualuxe property; guests also have access to the swimming pool on Level 3 of the Hualuxe Hotel. The properties are located in a fairly quiet, leafy area, and it's only a 12-minute walk to the Guangming Road metro station, from where you can get to the centre of Shanghai in just over an hour....

"Love the room except toliet is a little bit smelly for unknown reason."

"great staff, great hotel."

"le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais Carte Visa non acceptée seulement cache petit déjeuner médiocre"

"Very nice hotel. Beautiful gardens and great food. Nice staff too!! Highly recommended."

"This hotel is listed at 6.2km from Shanghai international race track but is in fact 21.5km. Do not book this if travelling for F1 as the listing is not accurate! Overall ok facility just not where listed"

" I was staying with you last week and an object, an orange bag, disappeared from my room. I contacted the manager, and he didn't resolve it. As I had a flight, I needed to leave the hotel and they told me they would get in touch. What did not happen. How can we proceed with this? They were important objects and documents"
