"Room was fine, great view, however dated. The desk set up had very little space to accommodate clothing if you didn't want to live out of your suitcase. The large TV took up 90 percent of the surface space for your items. No outlets in the bathroom for hairdryer or flatiron. The tub/shower is a very high step in/out for the elderly or short, big fall hazard, needs to be just a shower. The plumming needs updated as this is the only toilet in all of England we had to "prime" to flush.by flushing once and the 2nd time it worked. I gave it a 4 star as they were updating the lo by and we saw other floors had been updated hoping the 2nd floor is coming soon. The location is perfect for the towr bridge, Tower of London and the tain station. "

"Great location to theatres, shops, restaurants and local places like Oxford Circus, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. The staff are helpful and friendly. Room is quiet but needs a bit of maintenance and repair."
