"Lovely cabin setting with sunny deck facing the river and mountains. Close to activities and the lake . Extra touches made our stay very comfortable: hotel linens, bathroom basket with grooming essentials, amazing coffee bar with all the fixings for hot beverages, a bottle of prosecco and can of juice for mimosas, pet towels, games, and more. Well stocked kitchen - including spices and oils.Wishes- lower the height of the beds and replace the malfunctioning toilet. Include a notepad, pen/pencils, tape and post it notes,"

"The outside trash can was overflowing on arrival. Note sent to property manager. Discovered no hot water !! Another note sent to prop manager. No hand towels in bathrooms. Only beach towels and wash rags. No towels in the kitchen. Paper towels only.House didn’t seem to warm up on first night running heater. The next morning I discovered upstairs bathroom window was left wide open. Closed window much more comfortable. Prop manager sent reply at 1:33am apologizing for the lack of cleanliness and hot water issues. Letting me know that he would notify the local team to correct the situation. The on Saturday mid morning I received another text from prop manager advising that these matters had been reported to the team and prop manager would follow up with me when they had more information. The next text I received was Saturday evening and was the standard reminder that checkout time is 10am and what we needed to do before departure. So, no meaningful response to our needs. No communication from the local team. Nothing!!Today May 17th is our 29th anniversary this weekend was a surprise trip for my wife. Well it was a surprise indeed. The two night stay cost over 900.00 and I feel we should have been treated like our stay mattered. We will not be conducting business with Avari in the future. "The pictures were appealing and l looked forward to staying at this unit based on the pictures, but it looked totally different once we actually got to the location. I was unsure if it was the correct location, but according to the guides used, it kept bringing us back to the same location and there was no key entry on the door. After 2 hours trying to locate the location, we found it to be spooky plus no lights and like I mentioned, no key entry. A lot of time was wasted trying to find the place in the wooded area and once we could not enter the house, we left and had to pay for another place to stay."

"We love this property! The location is great and the river that borders the property can’t be beat! Just a quick walk to the lake that we and our dogs enjoyed very much! We have stayed here before and already have another booking. Quiet neighborhood during our stay and friendly people. The home is clean and very inviting. We had everything that we needed and there were extra touches this time around that were appreciated. Thank you!"

"This place was a perfect little getaway cabin for wintertime! The bed was very comfortable, the shower was actually very nice and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for good breakfasts. The VHS player with all the movies was a huge hit with my husband, felt so nostalgic! Being able to bring our dogs along with us was also nice, we appreciated the fenced yard! It is a very rustic, comfortable, older cabin - if you want the cozy feels in the wintertime like we were going for, this is the place! "
