"10/10 for the cleanliness and comfort. 9.5/10 for the view. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent about 2 miles from town and set on a hill. The view is not full frontal to the lake, but still very nice. There is a park and boat launch area about 50 ft from the driveway across the road. The wildlife at the property was amazing! We were visited several times a day by the local deer-fawns, does and bucks, they eat the apples from the trees in the yard and a daily sighting of a lovely family of quail. We also saw a trio of Foxes on the way into town. Very happy with our stay."

"This is a nice, clean, and affordable location near Joseph. I was ready to skip the trip until this property showed up on my search. I would rent from Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals again!"

"The house was awesome. there does need to be some repair and maintenance done around the house. the railing and the stairs are getting pretty loose. I also think the kitchen could be stocked better with cooking items, ei pans, electric griddle? We did appreciate the stocked spice cabinet and the amount of dishes. the view was beautiful and we really enjoyed the sauna. the towels were still in the dryer and not stocked into the bathrooms which we didn't figure out until a couple days in. we will definitely rent this house again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO and would definitely recommend it! The home was very well stocked, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, so we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the views from the deck were beautiful.One of our favorite features was the easy access to the private dock. Our family spent hours swimming and kayaking from the dock, and it made our lake vacation even more enjoyable. The location was also perfect, with convenient access to the surrounding towns and local activities.We did have one small issue during our stay, but the host was incredibly responsive. They replied right away and had the problem resolved within 15 minutes, which we really appreciated.The only minor issue was that the checkout instructions were a bit conflicting between the VRBO message and the instructions in the home Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay with a beautiful setting, thoughtful amenities, and an attentive host. We would happily stay here again!"

"The location and view are unmatched! The house was super clean and the dock was perfect- big and accessible. Also appreciated the parking for 3 vehicles plus a boat trailer. We went during Chief Joseph Days so paid a premium for that. For that reason I rated the value lower, I would have expected sharp knives and updated appliances at the minimum for what we paid."
