Eagle Cap Chalets were absolutely top notch customer service! Everyone greeted us with a genuine smile and welcome for our stays and went above and beyond during our time. Cannot recommend their cinnamon rolls in the morning (be sure to get them while they are warm!) and the location cannot be beat for those looking for extended outdoor adventure.

Extremely nice people; pretty iffy room. Sound definitely travels between the walls in the hotel rooms, and the fan is extremely loud when it kicks on and off. Room felt dated; old carpet. Office staff could not be nicer though, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable.

Our stay at Eagle Cap was far better than anticipated! What a lovely staff, in a beautiful place! I appreciated the kindness and enthusiasm from each person I spoke to. The room was comfortable, the amenities were nice, the coffee in the cafe was excellent, and the surrounding area, lake, tram, and nearby town were fantastic! We’ve already decided this will be an annual trip for our family.
