"We enjoyed our long Valentine’s Day weekend with family in this home. Hosts were wonderful to work with and the house was clean and had all the amenities needed. Only thing that would have made it better if there was snow for snowshoeing but instead we did some fun hikes! Hope to return soon!"

"This place was a perfect little getaway cabin for wintertime! The bed was very comfortable, the shower was actually very nice and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for good breakfasts. The VHS player with all the movies was a huge hit with my husband, felt so nostalgic! Being able to bring our dogs along with us was also nice, we appreciated the fenced yard! It is a very rustic, comfortable, older cabin - if you want the cozy feels in the wintertime like we were going for, this is the place! "

"We loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better, right across from Matterhorn Village and just steps from the tramway. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect home away from home for exploring Joseph, and we’re already planning to stay here again on our next trip!"

"The cabin was wonderful. It was extremely clean, and had everything you could want as far as kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware and everything to clean up after use. We had a totally relaxing stay. It is within walking distance to the Wallowa State Park, the Lake and the tramway. The deck is nice and large which the dogs loved. We were able to see many Bluejays that landed on the deck railing. Also visits from deer and ground squirrels.The bed is extremely comfortable ensuring a great nights sleep. The bathroom shower is so relaxing after a long days hike with lots of nice hot water. This cabin is definitely recommended."
