"Amazing hospitality! We felt very welcome even before our arrival. Excellent location that is quiet, close to restaurants, Harbour Springs, Petoskey and a short drive to Mackinaw/St Ignace. Very large space, can easily accommodate a group of 4 or family. Hosts have insured that EVERYTHING is available if you need it, from toothbrush and soap to laundry facilities and morning coffee. Would definitely stay again."

"Perfect setting for our family of 12,. The accomadations were comfortable and the location offered something for everyone from a senior to a 2 year old. Loved the beach for the little ones. Maria was a perfecr hostess, promptly replying to any of my inquiries."

The listing states the property sleeps 6 while there are two queen beds and a couch which didn't seem to be a sofa bed; we made do with one adult on the couch. The outdoor deck with cushioned furniture and firepit table provided a great space to relax and visit as a group. The location was quite private and close to Boyne City and surrounding attractions. "We were in Charlevoix for a wedding and 11 extended family members stayed here for the weekend. It was a great place to stay! Plenty of room for all of us, close to the lake and to town. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Erinn was an excellent host, very accommodating and communicative. I highly recommend!"
