Welcome to the heart of Boyne City! Just three blocks from downtown and only a minute from Lake Charlevoix and Avalanche Preserve, You'll have everything you need for an unforgettable Northern Michigan vacation.

Start your morning with coffee from the Keurig or drip coffee maker before strolling downtown for breakfast, shopping, or the farmers market. Spend the afternoon at Lake Charlevoix's beach and marina, hike Avalanche Preserve, or make the short drive to Boyne Mountain. When the day winds down, fire up the gas grill, enjoy dinner together, and relax around the fire pit while the dogs play safely in the fenced backyard.

The garage game room features both a pool table and air hockey. Smart TV in bedroom and Living Room.

Fully stocked kitchen, seating for six in the kitchen plus a separate dining room that seats eight, and a convenient mudroom with a washer and dryer. Window air-conditioning units in the bedrooms and living areas help keep the home comfortable during the warmer months.

One of the best parts of staying here is the location. You're close enough to walk almost everywhere:

• Dogs are welcome with prior approval and an additional pet fee.
• Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway, with additional free city parking just up the road.
• The indoor fireplace is not operational.
• All guests must complete our rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit authorization before arrival instructions are provided.

This home can be opened up to accomdate up to 11 guests. If you need more space please inquire.

We do allow pets for an additional fee. Please inquire as to our pet policy. Bringing pets without contacting us may result in a cancelation of your reservation and keeping of your security deposit.

Guests are supplied with a starter set of the following: coffee, filters, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, bathroom trash bags, and laundry soap in some properties that have in unit laundry. If you run out during your stay there is a local grocery store where you can purchase more.
