"We hada question about our billing and crfedit card charges. When we asked the desk attendent in the evening upon our return she interupted us and was ruid/snotty in responses. She did not want to address the question, but wanted to tell us what she wanted us to hear, even though it did not address our question/concern."

"The room I book was not the one they gave me and the bathroom was right at the door. The main door did not have good sealing which did not make me feel comfortable. The refrigerator was loud and the lighting was terrible in every room."

"Our stay here was actually the first night the hotel changed over to AmericInn by Wyndham. The staff was welcoming, efficient and kind. New carpeting throughout and new comfortable bedding. No hair dryer but I travel with one. Breakfast was freshly-scrambled eggs and sausage patties in addition to the usual fare. We wish the new owners the best."

"Staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfy. I like the microwave and fridge being in the room! There is an AppleHop (ihop and Applebees combo) onsite if that’s your jam. I actually added a night to my stay because it was affordable and close to my events. "

"The shower head was tilted almost straight up, with water falling against the far wall, so it coud not touch my body. It was so high that i coud not reach it, to change the tilt. The bed(s) were so close to the wall with the thermostat -- about 8 or 9 inches, and near the pillows of the closest bed. VERY hard to walk to it so I could adjust the temperature of the room!!! I had asked for a room that did NOT face I-94, but ALL the rooms on that side of hotel were taken. Traffic noise was substantial."
