Starbucks and Dunken Donuts both nearby, lively Irish pub a block up with nightly music, close to public transportation options and ride app friendly pickup. Staff was very friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and provided bottles of water on request after a lot of walking for the day. Room was comfortable, but the "Atrium View" in our room was a window to an internal vertical shaft around maybe 20' x 10' - no sunlight or view past brick or more windows... so gives a sort of closed in feel. No microwave, so tip to the next traveler - the front desk said they will heat food for you, so you have that option if you want to bring leftovers from one of the great restaurants there."
