"I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am....."

"The kitchen facilities were fantastic, very well equipped and very much appreciated by all the cooks in the family. The outdoor dining area with the wonderful ocean views were great for the entire family, especially when the daytime seabreezes were blowing. Downstairs games area and all the outdoor games and board games stored in the laundry were a lot of fun! Beautiful gardens were gorgeous to look out on. We absolutely loved our family weekend get together. The only recommendation I can...
