The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was most welcome considering the weather. Great location for our reason for travelling.
The restaurant ‘Loong Fong’ had really good food. Rooms were quite and clean. This is within easy walking distance of the airport which is why I stayed
The staff were not friendly The breakfast food came to the room COLD an when we complained they were not happy or helpful Also the bedding was not changed for 4 days and that was the whole time we were there Also on 1st daywe put a Don’t Disturb notice on door - they still came in and replaced things ...
Love the friendliness of the residences, guests and staffs in the building. They make me feel like home. In fact, I feel so welcome in this building. Near the waterfront which means I could view the fireworks from Zen.
Great friendly customer service at reception. Big appartment at a decent price on New Years Eve
