"Great stay- wonderfully staff and location. "

"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. The island itself was so peaceful and beautiful to set the hotel in it...

While there is no AC, the room was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and proactive with check-in instructions and local tips despite the "contactless" service. Highly recommended for the price."

"This is an economical hotel. Breakfast is good, like a small German hotel. The rooms were once nice but are now dated and in poor repair. The hotel does have a great location and is a good choice for an economical visit to Eriksberg. There are no staff other than the very nice breakfast staff. Check in is by phone in the unmanned lobby. The breakfast staff can address room issues."

"The staff at Quality Hotel 11 were excellent; friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their service was the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the property itself feels dated and could benefit from renovations and better upkeep. While the team does a great job, the hotel facilities do not quite match the level of service provided by the staff."
