"Reported room darkening shades wouldn’t close & toilet running. Wasn’t repaired. Dinner soup was only warm, small portions for costs. Eggs cold every day at breakfast & they aren’t good at replenishing at 9 even tho more guests arriving. On checking out waited 10 min while reception on phone. Finally got off & paid bill. Didn’t have change wanted me to forget the difference. It’s a cute hotel & nice location. They need to fix things. "
