　半地下の部屋を一人利用した。内装は田舎家風で家具調度品も当時使っていたものそのままのようだった。よって好みは分かれると思う。 　ただし、子豚も焼ける大きな電気オーブン付５個口ガスヒーターに対して、調理器具什器類はあまり揃っていなかった。旅行者として個人的には電子レンジ一台の方がよほど使い勝手が良い。

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati a colti con cordialità da sig. Luca che ci ha mostrato la camera, che poi era un appartamento mansardato carino pulito e funzionale, ci ha spiegato la regolazione del riscaldamento e co ha fornito indicazioni peril centro. Pernottamento tranquillo camera confortevole nonostante il maltempo, colazione buona

All'arrivo non rispondeva nessuno all'ingresso e al telefono. Trascirsi 15 minuti si e' presentato uno che ci ha fatto attendere ulteriori 10 minuti, utili per la pulizzia del pavimento con un mocio maleodorante che ha impestato la stanza, la serratura e' moltk precaria

Nice service but below par furniture

They were very nice to let us check-in after hours. However the place did not live to the same expectation. We did not get a patio apartment as booked, instead a basement one. The apartment was fine, clean, but very outdated kitchen furniture (nothing like in the pictures). Simpler than usual breakfast.

Struttura ad un paio di km dalle mura del centro storico. Posizione accettabile se si va con mezzo proprio, peccato per il resto... Il gestore completamente disorganizzato ad accogliere gli ospiti, ci ha dato un appartamento (anzi per meglio dire un alloggio improvvisato) che non corrispondeva a quello che avevamo prenotato. Abbiamo trovato la pattumiera piena (evidentemente dei precedenti ospiti), frigorifero vecchio e da sbrinare (con all'interno una bottiglia già iniziata). Cosa dire: anche se abbiamo speso poco, la struttura ed il locatore sono risultati davvero impreparati e insoddisfacenti. Non ci sentiamo di consigliare questa struttura...

Vacanza

Ho dormito solo una notte..ma posso dire che c'è stata massima disponibilità e cordialità, del titolare del B&B, nel mettere la mia famiglia a proprio agio. Abbiamo usufruito della capiente cucina per cenare e per la colazione. il B&B è vicino all'anfiteatro Romano e di conseguenza al centro della bellissima Gubbio. Soggiorno breve ma positivo, quando torneremo di sicuro riutilizzeremo questa location!!

La struttura è comoda da raggiungere in particolare per chi, come noi, si sposta tutto il giorno per visitare il territorio. Se ci si sa adattare e non si è troppo esigenti la struttura offre quanto è necessario con un rapporto prezzo qualità giusto per qualche giorno a Gubbio. La dimensione della stanza è stata sufficiente per la mia famiglia composta di 2 adulti e due bambini; l'angolo cottura ci ha consentito di gestire la cena. Durante il giorno siamo stati sempre in giro. I servizi possono essere migliorati, soprattutto se si pubblicizzano nel sito; i letti (reti, materassi, lenzuola) sono economici, le stoviglie andrebbero gestite ed organizzate con più attenzione (n° bicchieri, piatti in base alle persone presenti); le lampadine che non funzionano andrebbero sostituite, qualche cestino ed uno scopa in stanza sarebbero di aiuto. Complessivamente siamo stati bene tuttavia siamo una famiglia che sa adattarsi.

От отеля до центра города минут 15-20 пешком. Недалеко есть супермаркеты. Из-за какого-то технического сбоя в бронировании номер предоставили не тот, что был забронирован, без холодильника и мини-кухни. Предложили пользоваться общей кухней, но она была с другой стороны здания, что было неудобно. Праздник свечей очень понравился.

Al check-in ci è stata assegnata un mini appartamento sottoposto all’altezza stradale, trascurato e maleodorante (urina di gatto). Mobilio vecchio (forse di una nonna) Cambio camera al primo piano, matrimoniale con letto aggiunto (una brandina scricchiolante, mia figlia di 11 anni non ha chiuso occhio!) Colazione discreta (caffè con la moka, croissant di pasticceria, mise ne place approssimativa), proprietà invadente! Nel complesso un’esperienza poco entusiasmante 😔

La struttura è molto ben tenuta , e vicino al meraviglioso centro di Gubbio, si può raggiungere a piedi, parcheggi vicino la struttura in abbondanza, stanza con bagno in camera ambia e comoda , come ultimo da elogiare il ragazzo che gestisce un ragazzo eccezionale sempre educato e disponibile..Solo una pecca , ci vuole una zuccheriera in più a colazione ☺️

Il proprietario del B&B si è messo subito a disposizione e risolto immediatamente il piccolo disguido relativo alla prenotazione a scapito del comfort (ci siamo mossi con difficoltà in quattro dentro una stanza che è per due). Ambiente comunque pulito ed accogliente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo per chi deve soggiornare alcuni giorni a Gubbio.
