Just 1 km away lies the small village of Villamagna with a small, but  well-stocked grocery store.  Less than 15 minutes by car lies the town of Peccioli, which provides a full range of amenities and has been awarded for its successful blend of medieval heritage with contemporary art. Volterra, rich in Etruscan and medieval history, is only about 20 minutes away and has shops, supermarkets, and excellent restaurants. The ancient town of Lajatico, birthplace of world-renowned tenor Andrea Bocelli, is also just 15 km away and hosts his annual summer concert at the unique Teatro del Silenzio. Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Livorno, and Florence (78 km) are all easy day trips.

The house is set in peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and woods. The former brick barn has been lovingly restored. A front terrace with built-in stone BBQ, table, and chairs invites you to dine al fresco. The pool lies just below the house, with open views across the landscape.



Inside, the house features wooden beam ceilings, terracotta floors, and exposed stone walls. The decor is cosy and comfortable. On the upper floor there’s a double bedroom and a twin room for children  - perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany.
