"Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and well staffed, meaning items were refilled quickly and efficiently. Location was perfect for us as a family - we came for the Christmas markets and the train car taking you around the four main ones was a few minute walk! "

"Room was very comfortable and huge for our family of 4. We stayed in XL comfort room. Very clean and service was friendly. We didnt have breakfast but the breakfast area looked lovely. There was complimentary mulled wine in the reception area which was a nice touch. Location is great, right by tram stop. It was about 30 mins walk to the cathedral xmas market and other markets were all about 15-20 mins if you prefer to walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops closeby. Had a fantastic weekend visiting all the xmas markets, the hotel was beautifully decorated and very xmassy. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
