This hotel feels like home, clean, comfortable and very safe. It is very close to the Cologne cathedral which is very convenient. The staff was VERY nice and helpful, we'll definetly stay here and/or recommend anyone to stay here.

We stayed here in December during Christmas market, and this hotel exceeded my expectation. Location is excellent! The room is nice & sufficient, and we were given a room with a view of the Cathedral and also over looking one of the Christmas markets. Breakfast is very good with many selections. Internet connection is also good. Staff from front desk to back kitchen are also awesome!

The location is perfect for visiting the Christmas markets. There is a food and drink market opposite and the main Dom market is a few minutes away. My favourite gnome market is just down the road and up a side street. Breakfast had a variety of selection. Hotel was clean. Staff friendly. The perfect base for us. I’d definitely stay there again.

Loved the view of the Dom from our room, and the free waters in the mini fridge were a very welcome extra on a surprisingly mild November trip. All topped off with a great breakfast.
