"Our room was clean and looked like the interior had been refreshed recently. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was great. We wish we had known about it when we arrived at the airport in the late hours. Breakfast wasn't the best continental breakfast, but it did what we needed it to do. I would stay here again if passing through the area and want to be close to the airport."

"I had high hopes for this location due to reviews and pictures of this hotel, but unfortunately it was not a good place to stay. There was blood on the walls in different areas, animal hair on furniture, crumbs on couch, burn marks in the bathroom. The people going in and out of this place looked very unsavory/ questionable. The property was dirty especially in the elevator and smelled of urine. We checked in, walked into the room and immediately asked for a refund. Thankfully, who I am assuming was the owner did not give any push back and made the process easy. He seemed very remorseful of the situation. I thought I was going to have to fight for the refund. They did offer to clean the room or even give us a different room but at that point, I was no longer comfortable and we did not feel safe. "

"We stayed in a suite with 2 outside patios. The furniture outside was not clean. Our room was very clean. It was a very large suite. We found it odd that the only trash can was located in the bathroom. Also the bathroom was only accessible through the private bedroom. Bugs were a problem at both the adult and family pools. All of the food was excellent. "
