"Checking in was good, but once we got to our room, it was redesigned and way too modern, it was more comfy before!!! And then we decided to go to the pool, but is was closed a week after reopening of the hotel!!! Then it was shower time, nice and clean but struggled to get the wall condiments open, then had to was my hands and the sink water wasn’t working and the toilet was running constantly, guess they weren’t updated if checked to see if working before reopening!!! Final straw, had to change...

"Sage was on call for evening hours and she responded to my request immediately! We were upgraded to a room with full kitchen and in room laundry because we assumed that was what all rooms had! We were in the area for hiking and only brought minimal clothes that needed to be washed! Everyone was very friendly and they always have snacks available!"
"Clean room,friendly staff, and I was upgraded to a bigger room for some reason. If you want a suite it’s super nice with many amenities. Staff was very helpful when our car didn’t start and we had to wait for roadside. Will be back soon if I’m back in the area "

"It is a very retro relaxing space. Easy access into Phoenix, avoiding a lot of traffic, and close to all that Scottsdale has to offer. The staff is friendly. The restaurant has its own flair for gourmet dining. The pool is great and the place is very clean and well manicured. Plenty of parking. It is a lot like the air stram out front, like stepping back in time. "
