"Screen was off of window. Housekeeping missed scheduled cleaning day twice. One Ice Maker not operating the 11 days we stayed. Only other Ice Maker had problems 10% of the time. "

"The room was very clean and even had the traditional bibles in the drawer. The room had both the microwave and mini fridge plus a coffee maker. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is just A+ amazing next door to sloan. The parking is conveniently located behind the building. The kids enjoyed having their own tv; yes the room had two smart TVs!! The only different thing I noticed is that we did not have a window, but that's OK. We utilized the hair dryer, iron board and spiffied up our dinner shirts. There is valet for a price, but those staff members were always friendly and we didn't need their service. "

"Stayed 3 nights. They never once cleaned our rooms. They had a newly implemented required valet parking situation. It was a disaster. There was an app that worked poorly and we often waited 20 minutes for our car that we could see but they had our keys! We have stayed there every spring since 2017 but we are done. They added a new rooftop bar without bar service and it was closed on a Saturday night. Something is horribly wrong with this hotel now. "

"House was wonderful. Was as described and even better. Fully stocked kitchen, great swimming pool and hot tub, all current appliances, including washer and dryer. Had one problem with the coffee maker and was delighted that they replaced it within a few hours of my reaching out to them. Every communication to them was quickly responded to. Definitely would stay there again. Thank you so much for providing us a wonderful house for our weekend."
