We invite you to this relaxing home where the family can come together to watch a movie and spend some time at the beach. There is a smart TV that allows you to view your favorite shows from every space around the living room, including the kitchen and dining room. Step onto the balcony and enjoy a coffee and take in the beach air.

You're never too far from water when you enjoy the multiple pools the community has to offer. The quiet beach is the perfect spot to sink your toes into the sand and provide ample space for a sand castle. The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional.

Stays less than 30 nights are governed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA mandates that services animals, not animals providing emotional support (commonly referred to as ESAs), are permitted in public places which include hotels or short-term rentals.
