The studio is the ideal retreat for a couple who like their own space. It is included in the tariff if there are 9 or more guests. If you have 8 or less guests and would like to include the studio, please contact us to arrange payment ( $60 per night).

Karinya is tailored to family groups and has a strict no party policy.

- Layout: Two storey with separated parents bedroom plus detached garden studio as well
- Guests: Maximum of 10 guests (no more than 8 adults), plus infants in cots

- Bathrooms: 2 in the main house + 1 in studio. Bath, Large modern bathrooms with double sinks
- Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning in kitchen/lounge and dining. All bedrooms have a heater and some with ceiling fans
- Access/dangers: Two steps for wheelchairs, High balcony upstairs, Staircase (can be fitted with child safety gate if required)
- Parking: Driveway, Carport and electric gate
- Security: Screen on front door
- Outdoor Space: Fully fenced yard, 2 sun filled decks, BBQ with outdoor dining, Landscaped, Outdoor shower
