"Very clean and charming hotel. The staff were extremely kind and pleasant and carried my suitcase up to the room. It is a one block walk from the train station, so it could not have been easier for us. Everything was clean, which is the most important thing for me. We stayed only one night and had breakfast, as we were on the way somewhere else, but I would definitely recommend Will's to someon passing through Narbonne. "

"For a 4 star i would suggest maintenance be completed on door to first floor rooms - it has been hacked open fir some reason and never fixed - no excuse. Not very diligent in keeping breakfast food stocked. Bed pillows are very big, square and hard. "

"Ravis de notre séjour de deux nuits chez Béatrice et Éric ! Nous avions une suite familiale pour nous 5, hyper calme, spacieux, avec la petite piscine pour se rafraîchir ! Maison avec un charme fou, petits déjeuners excellents, et agréable table d'hôtes en prime si on a la flemme d'aller chercher un resto (mais les hôtes ont de chouettes recommandations !). Bref une réussite, merci !"

"Well located for the port and restaurants. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed was the only problem - we found that a double bed is too small for 2 adults of small to medium build. Otherwise the stay was comfortable."

"Corrine from La Lagune is a great host and organised everything to perfection complete with wine and decoration for my wife’s birthday. A quiet village with a couple restaurants in the main square. Views over the estuary and nice and relaxing for walks and chilling out. The room is comfy and quiet and cool, breakfast is served on a tray that you can wheel into your ro and look over the estuary. Great stay. Also pet friendly ! Definitely coming back. "

"The hotel staff were very welcoming- and so friendly and polite. The air conditioning was very efficient- and greatly needed. Breakfast was wide ranging and suited all tastes. The decoration, especially in the corridors, was a bit tired and jaded- but kept very clean. My only criticism would be the proximity of the hotel to the busy main road- which could be heard very clearly from our balcony/ garden terrace. "
