"It was a late check in and we were tired and hot. He gave us a room on the fourth floor when we got there, we couldn’t use, it had a ladder/tools, I t was hot, meaning the a/c wasn’t on, so, had to go back down & get another room. After all that inconvenience, it was wonderful after that, nice a/c in the room, comfortable bed. Close to train!"

"Our one night stay offered everything we needed. 10 minutes from the center of Narbonne, Novotel has easy parking and easy freeway access. The pool is large and welcoming, and they have towels for guests. The reception area and bar have lots of natural light. The best surprise was that the fitness center has new equipment and air conditioning - rare in France. It’s not large but was nice. Highly recommend. And the town of Norbonne has a magnificent cathedral and palace - worth a short visit."

Easy to access from Autoroute with simple access into Narbonne Thoughtfully placed us on quiet side of building. Parking always easy and felt secure. Decent breakfast provision. "The hotel room had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a real bonus given that the heat wave hit when we arrived. The kitchen is very small but functional. We only used the fridge and the kettle. The staff were very helpful. They were patient with my hubby's French and responded to him in French. They were also fluent in English and was very responsive to me when I spoke to them in English."
